All our bartenders come with the essential tools they'll need to prepare and serve whatever drinks you require. If you're looking to bring in extras like glassware or specialty preparation items, ask us if we can do it, and we'll do our best to make it happen.

A professional appearance is important to us at Specialty Cocktails Mobile Bartending, so we come to every event dressed to impress. Whatever the occasion calls for, we ensure our bartenders and bar will be a perfect fit. Our standard dress is either black or white - with a flat black bar, but we can do any custom design you have your heart set on.

Servicing

We serve all locations within one-half hour of Tulsa limits for no additional cost. For all other locations we charge an hourly travel rate based on our standard bartender pricing

Pricing

Standard Pricing

We price our services primarily on the number of bartenders that will be required at your event, which can vary greatly based on the level of service requested. A single bartender can potentially handle 100+ guests in an open bar with basic wine and beer selection. When factoring in requirements like cocktail service, transactions, and larger beverage selections; that number can drop to under 50 guests per bartender. Our goal is to effectively meet your needs for the lowest price possible.

Guarantee

We want to ensure you're completely happy with our contributions, so Mobile Bartending Services guarantees you come out feeling satisfied you've received full value for choosing us to be a part of your event. You're willing to place your trust in us, and we'd like to return the favor by offering a full refund on any bartending service that doesn't meet your expectations.

Standard Service - $30/hr per bartender

This includes all basic bar tools: openers, shakers, measures, bar mats, cloths, ice bins, and assorted hospitality items.

If you’re in need of additional setup for your event, we rent a number of items to suit your needs. For events with no bar available on site, an average setup including tables, linens, coolers, and bins typically works out to $40 per station. Let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen!

If you're looking for a quote, you can make the process faster and more reliable by providing the number of guests, date, total number of hours requested, the venue (and if there will be a bar provided), and any additional services or requests you may need for your event. Be advised that we typically require an hour of set-up and take-down time before and after the event. This also includes assistance you may need cleaning up after the event.

A deposit is also required upon booking based on a rough estimate of the number of guests and required supply / rental purchases for events.

Our bartenders also enjoy the opportunity to receive tips for good service, but if this method isn't a match for your specific event, we simply ask for a gratuity calculated to $10/hr of liquor service for each bartender.
